Job Summary
Manage moderate to high complexity project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing customers correctly. Own the customer relationship, coordinate with vendors and sales teams on pricing, claims, and account management, and proactively seek alternative delivery methods to ensure on-time execution within budget. Execute strategic initiatives for the Automation Project Management Organization, maintain clear communication channels, and organize project documentation including O&M manuals and certificates of compliance. Assess project risk based on freight, incoterms, and terms and conditions alignment with regional goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience
- High School or GED
- Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit

- Must be able to crouch down to stock shelves, pick up boxes, or position oneself to maintain computers in the lab/under desks/in server closet - Occasionally – up to 20%
- Must be able to ascend/descend on a ladder, forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment - Occasionally – up to 20%
- Must be able to use senses to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients and detect hazardous conditions - Constantly – at least 51%
- Must be able to handle up to 10 pounds - Occasionally – up to 20%
- Must be able to handle up to 25 pounds - Occasionally – up to 20%

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
- Be willing to obtain, in process of obtaining, or currently have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
