Provide advanced support for production solution issues and address complex customer technical requests. Detect and implement corrective actions for recurring problems, create user documentation, and ensure internal knowledge transfer across the group. Define and implement monitoring strategies for the production environment while coordinating with third parties to ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance. Track product evolutions following established testing policies and interface with business stakeholders to define functional specifications and contribute to the product roadmap. This role involves active participation in AL IoT fleet management, proper field operation support, and the execution of innovative projects to develop and deploy new products.
