Job Summary
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market to drive new revenue and exceed targets for environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing services. Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels while collaborating with local operations to expand existing partnerships. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction while championing innovation and continuous improvement. Based near any S&ME office location, this role requires 10+ years of progressive experience in market leadership and a proven track record of winning opportunities in the industrial and data center sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success driving revenue growth of core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil, and construction materials testing/special inspections) within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets
- Strong network and client relationships within the industrial and/or data center industry
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles
- You have a proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center market
- Must meet the requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program
- Must meet the requirements of the company's Substance Policy
- Must meet the requirements of the company's Reference Check Program
- Must have acceptable employment eligibility verification (I-9)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
