Job Summary
Manage industrial data including process and product data to track trends and analyze opportunities for improvement. Develop crush and refinery full cost models with commercial and finance teams while providing guidance on statistical methodology to ensure plant reports align with LDC standards. Drive digitalization initiatives by supporting production data visualization through Power BI and coordinating implementation between plants, IT, and functional teams to build a North American industry data lake. Facilitate Six Sigma training and lead improvement projects to support plant KPIs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Automation, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering with approximately three years of experience in digital transformation or smart manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems, or other related disciplines
- Approximately 3 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or smart manufacturing within large-scale manufacturing enterprises
- Familiar with the architecture, integration principles, and implementation methodologies of ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, QMS, PLM, and other core enterprise and manufacturing systems
- Familiar with industrial automation principles and field-level technologies, including PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and sensors
- Proficient in industrial data analysis capability, with strong knowledge of SQL and commonly used data analysis tools
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Able to lead data-related improvement
- Good English verbal and Written
Desired Qualifications
- Education in Automation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems, or other related disciplines is preferred
- Experience in digital architecture design and data platform implementation projects is preferred
