Job Summary
Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process applications. Conduct sample testing, deliver technical service reports, and interpret results to recommend improvement initiatives. Execute account management excellence programs including service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value. Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations. Maintain a healthy sales funnel to secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities. Work safely following all EHS policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or engineering, or 8+ years of direct experience in water treatment. Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel required. Salary range $88,000 - $93,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), preferred
- minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the field and water treatment industry
- high school education
- Chemical water & process treatment experience
- 4+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building
- Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
- A full valid driver's license
