Induction Records Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct the accurate and timely induction of aircraft technical records into Conair's ERP system by validating maintenance history, configuration data, and controlled-component status. Develop and execute records-induction plans, transcribe third-party maintenance accomplishments, and reconcile maintenance programs to bridge previous records with Conair's standards. Review life-limited parts, analyze service bulletins and modifications, and generate maintenance due lists to verify technical history and forecast accuracy. Identify and coordinate the resolution of missing records or certification deficiencies, escalating airworthiness risks immediately, while maintaining control of logbooks until formal acceptance. Support aircraft acquisition, import, export, lease, and disposal activities under the guidance of the Special Projects & Acquisition Controller.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in aircraft technical records, maintenance planning, aircraft records induction, configuration control, or a related airworthiness function
- Experience using an aviation ERP or maintenance information system
- Strong knowledge and skills working with Microsoft 365 applications
- Aviation-related experience
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship or permanent residency)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft acquisitions, imports, exports, lease returns, or records bridging
- Working knowledge of Ramco Aviation
