Job Summary
Greet patients, guests, and hospital staff courteously, addressing them by name whenever possible. Secure guest vehicle keys and monitor cash transactions while maintaining detailed records of car volume and sales. Assist patients and family members with general questions regarding the valet service and the client hospital. Ensure customers receive timely service and maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times. Report to work on time for scheduled shifts wearing your badge, and actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to walk and stand throughout the shift.
