Job Summary
Organize, coordinate and promote a comprehensive athletic program in indoor percussion; the coach develops students' musical, technical, and performance skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, leadership, and a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include preparation for rehearsals, competitions, performances, and community events; communicate policies to participants; handle forms and eligibility rosters; public relations and communications with parents/guardians; plan and teach fundamentals and conditioning; ensure safety and supervision; manage equipment and coordinate with the Band Director.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid fingerprint clearance card and completion of all district-required background checks
- Valid CPR Certificate
