Job Summary
Proofread and identify Indonesian language errors in unreleased game titles, ensuring console manufacturer guidelines are followed. Write bug reports and provide feedback to improve game functionality by identifying missing or incorrect content. Perform ad hoc translations and verify that localized versions run smoothly before release. Submit detailed error documentation to help developers enhance the final product. This on-call role requires full-time availability Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours weekly, with an in-office position at Side's Mile-End Montreal headquarters. Candidates must have native-level Indonesian proficiency and strong cultural understanding of the region.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Indonesian
- Strong cultural understanding of Indonesian culture
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency in French
- Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience with using different software and applications
- Full-time availability from Monday-Friday
- Up to 40 hours per week
- In-office position at the main office in the Mile-End area of Montreal
- Candidates must be in Montreal, Quebec
