Job Summary
Lead and mentor the EE Vehicle Test & Validation team, defining objectives, monitoring performance, and coordinating with cross-functional groups including Design, Software, ADAS, and Connectivity. Plan, organize, and manage full vehicle validation schedules while driving issue closure through structured defect tracking and root cause investigations. Execute end-to-end validation campaigns covering functional, integration, performance, and durability aspects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like ECE, AIS, FMVSS, and ISO 26262. Contribute to test project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization. Provide regular test progress reports to management and escalate risks. This role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics, 2+ years of automotive EE experience, and deep knowledge of Indian regional regulations and standards. Based in VF MFG plant, Subang, West Java, Indonesia, with occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics /Automotive Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive or Electrical/Electronics company
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Homologation and Compliance validation regarding EE
- Have a solid knowledge of EE domain
- Deep knowledge of regional regulations and standards in India market
- Strong understanding about local customer expectations, traffic behavior and local geographic to develop customer use case

- Be open to working in VF MFG plant, Subang, West Java, Indonesia
- Be willing to undertake occasional international travel for project-related tasks or training opportunities
