INDO-PACOM Construction Project Manager

INDO-PACOM Construction Project Manager to lead regional construction projects in the INDO-PACOM region. Responsibilities include leading planning and implementation, assisting in bid preparation and solicitation, interpreting specifications and drawings, defining scope and deliverables, assembling and coordinating project staff, managing resources per budget, planning and maintaining timelines, monitoring critical path dates, tracking deliverables, providing leadership to the project team, overseeing QA with the Project Quality Control Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, leading progress meetings with clients, ensuring timely closeout, and enforcing safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or Civil Engineering or related field, US work authorization, ability to obtain a security clearance, and substantial construction management experience (10+ years preferred). Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work with diverse personalities, multitasking across concurrent projects, sound administrative and management skills, ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
