Oversee the development and management of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) by coordinating efforts across departments, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and generating required reports. Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, respond to information requests, and maintain accurate records. Provide critical support to new teachers and designated staff through training, mentoring, and direct instruction aligned with special education best practices to enhance student learning. Promote social, emotional, and academic growth within a collaborative framework. Requires a bachelor's degree in special education, five years of related experience, and teacher leader or liaison experience.
