Job Summary
Conduct donor research, draft gift acknowledgments, and manage the Salesforce database for prospecting and major gift fundraising efforts. Prepare meeting briefings, develop stewardship materials, and network with existing donors and board members. Assist with virtual and in-person events, proofreading, printing, and mailing for the year-end campaign. Provide administrative support for special projects as they arise. This paid, part-time hybrid internship begins in late September 2026 for 15 weeks, reporting to the Senior Associate of the Individual Philanthropy Team. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate, or other early-career candidate in a relevant field
- if a current BA student, preference will be given to rising seniors
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented (hybrid) environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and the ability to be flexible
- Excellent research skills and ability to frame writing and research for a variety of audiences
- A sincere and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion to promote and strengthen a culture of belonging at BRAC USA
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work with Salesforce databases is a plus
