Individual Life Insurance Death Claims Analyst - US HYBRID

Job Summary
Process death claim transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and departments regarding policies, ensuring accurate handling and timely execution on administrative systems. Report potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests and provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls. Continuously evaluate opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience. This role requires 2+ years of Individual Life Insurance and death claims full cycle processing experience, along with strong multitasking and communication skills. Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 6 pm CST, with up to two days of weekly commuting to a DXC office. DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology partner delivering software and solutions to global enterprises.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 minimum years of Individual Life Insurance experience
- 2 minimum years of death claims full cycle processing experience
- Working knowledge of life insurance products and applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience
- Great typing and documenting skills
- Empathy, sensibility and high sense or touch
- Inbound/outbound customer service experience
- Communication skills and phone etiquette
- Great ability to multitask between client's applications and DXC systems
- Must provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls made internally or externally
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
- Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed
- Must be in a 25 miles radio from any of our DXC offices listed below
- Must commute up to two days a week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new payment processes and/or other processes within death claims depending on where the need is on any given day

- Must be located within commuting distance of a DXC office
