Job Summary
Medicare Advisor responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships related to Medicare, ACA, and small group clientele; conduct face-to-face, phone, and email interactions (up to 15 appointments per day during renewal); provide service; plan and execute client service plans; analyze risks and execute changes; collaborate with carrier partners; promote marketing efforts; stay current on market happenings; requires Medicare sales experience and ND Life/Health license or obtain within 60 days; full-time onsite in Dickinson, ND.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Medicare sales experience
- ND Life and Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
- Prospecting experience
- Ability to meet sales goals and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Desire to be part of a growing and collaborative team
- Enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Work full-time onsite at our Dickinson, ND branch
