Job Summary
Develop annual giving campaigns by writing appeal letters, managing direct mailings, and executing email solicitations to grow donor support. Prospect, segment, and steward individual donors while maintaining high data quality in the CRM and documenting all prospect and donor interactions. Manage the Legacy Program inventory and inquiries, assist major giving and planned giving efforts, and collaborate with marketing to process cash and in-kind donations. Execute cash handling procedures, manage expenditures, and represent the organization at networking events and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3 years of professional fundraising and database experience
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional fundraising and database experience
- Experience in fundraising for a public sector organization
- Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License that meets GPHC current carrier guidelines
