Individual Giving Coordinator

Job Summary
Individual Giving Coordinator responsible for managing and growing Depaul’s Individual Giving programme across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of integrated fundraising campaigns that acquire, retain, and engage individual donors. This role involves designing an annual multi-channel strategy, overseeing direct marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, TV, and face-to-face channels, managing external suppliers, ensuring GDPR/compliance, overseeing donor data in CRM, reporting on performance, and collaborating across fundraising, communications, and service delivery teams to drive donor engagement and income growth. The role requires strong donor analytics, campaign management, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a hybrid Dublin-based environment with some travel within ROI and NI.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum two years’ experience in fundraising within the charity sector, with a focus on Individual Giving or Direct Marketing
- Proven record of successfully developing and managing integrated acquisition and retention campaigns
- Strong understanding of donor data analytics, segmentation, and CRM systems
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail
