Job Summary
Manage a set of assigned patients and conduct individual therapy sessions while selecting appropriate treatment modalities and applying them effectively. Assist patients with discharge planning including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and sober housing. Attend Treatment Team meetings as needed and collaborate effectively across treatment teams and departments. Maintain positive relationships with internal staff and external agencies. Report directly to the Clinical Director. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical role
- Experience in chemical dependency or addiction treatment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort with electronic health records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle
- Responsible alcohol use
- Authorization to work in the US
