Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for indirect construction activities using Primavera P6, integrating support scopes into the overall project timeline. Forecast indirect manpower and equipment utilization while tracking progress against baseline plans and measuring productivity trends. Prepare weekly progress reports, construction support dashboards, and executive schedule summaries to monitor indirect labor performance and efficiency. Coordinate with cost engineers on indirect budget performance and support Management of Change reviews to evaluate schedule and cost impacts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- 6-9 years of relevant work experience
- Primavera P6 scheduling expertise
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Knowledge of indirect construction operations
- Schedule development and forecasting experience
- Ability to interpret construction work packages and area plans
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
