Job Summary
Indirect Sourcing Manager responsible for leading procurement of indirect goods and services across the Americas, including Maintenance, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, HR services, and Professional & Consultancy Services. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency; lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, contract management); identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to align strategies and contracting; support global category strategies and adoption of digital procurement tools. KPIs include cost savings, supplier performance, contract compliance, and spend under management. Requires strategic, data-driven thinking, strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in a global environment. Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred. 5+ years in indirect procurement; strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills; experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba.
