Indirect Sourcing Lead - Polish Speaker

Job Summary
Implement end-to-end sourcing and contracting projects across global indirect categories including digital, marketing, and logistics. Manage high-volume case requests via Case Management tools while gathering market intelligence to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with operational requirements. Lead supplier prequalification, tendering processes, and negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership and contract terms. Operate independently on complex, high-value cases requiring strong stakeholder management and influencing skills for global audiences. Requires proficiency in English and Polish, with experience in end-to-end sourcing and contracting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any subject area or related field
- Proven end‐to‐end sourcing and contracting experience, with the ability to operate independently on complex, high‐value and high‐risk sourcing cases across multiple partners
- Good stakeholder management skills handling Global Stakeholders
- Experience working in a large and multi-cultural team
- Good influencing and negotiation skills, as well as proven leadership behaviors
- Proficient in English (oral and written) language
- Proficient in Polish (oral and written) language
- Negligible travel should be expected with this role
- Relocation may be negotiable for this role
