Indirect Sourcing Lead -German speaking

Job Summary
Implement end-to-end sourcing and contracting projects for global indirect categories including digital, marketing, logistics, and MRO. Manage high-volume case requests via Case Management tools, prioritizing workload by business criticality, value, and risk. Conduct supplier prequalification, due diligence, and tendering processes to ensure fair, competitive outcomes. Lead negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership and operational flexibility while maintaining compliance with governance frameworks. Develop sourcing strategies aligned with Castrol operations and global category strategies. Operate independently on complex, high-value sourcing cases across multiple partners. Requires proficiency in English and German, with experience in the lubricants industry preferred. Hybrid working arrangement with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any subject area or related field
- Proven end‐to‐end sourcing and contracting experience
- Ability to operate independently on complex, high‐value and high‐risk sourcing cases across multiple partners
- Experience in the lubricants industry
- Good stakeholder management skills handling Global Stakeholders
- Experience working in a large and multi-cultural team
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
