Job Summary
Indirect Sourcing Intmd Analyst in Supply Chain Management at Citi partners with Citi businesses to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies, drive negotiations and implement improvements to reduce total cost of ownership. Manages supplier relationships, mitigates supply chain risks, interacts with senior management globally, develops category strategies, leads and participates in global category forums, and supports cross-functional teams in contracting and supplier management. Requires 3-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with eProcurement tools and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement in financial institution or large, multi-national organization
- Experience in leading strategic sourcing programs, complex deal structuring, negotiations, and contracting
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Experience with Contracts and eProcurement tools/systems (e.g. Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFx)
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
