Job Summary
Indirect Sourcing Coordinator supports the delivery of effective and efficient sourcing activities across indirect spend categories. The role coordinates RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), prepares and issues documentation, and provides evaluation support and award documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating sourcing timelines, assisting Category Managers with supplier shortlisting and bid analysis, gathering and clarifying demand from internal stakeholders, scheduling governance reviews, and maintaining alignment between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business teams. The role also involves issuing sourcing documentation, managing supplier communications, supporting supplier onboarding and compliance, collecting and analyzing spend and supplier data in SAP, preparing sourcing summaries and bid analysis decks, tracking activity and savings, and ensuring contract milestones are met. Key accountabilities include regional strategic sourcing activities, ensuring on-time delivery of sourcing events, adherence to procurement policies and governance, escalation as needed, supplier communications, collaboration across functions, and supporting contract creation and handover to P2P teams. Required skills include expert negotiation, contract management, stakeholder management, and the ability to build enduring supplier relationships.
