Indirect Sales Rep responsible for developing and maintaining dealership partnerships to create profitable, compliant credit relationships. Analyze and decide on credit applications based on creditworthiness and adherence to policy; educate dealerships on portfolio performance metrics, delinquency, repossession, and charge-off guidelines. Requires strong communication and sales skills, thorough knowledge of credit decisioning, and familiarity with Fair Lending regulations and related laws. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; role emphasizes driving profitable growth while ensuring compliance with ECOA and regulatory standards.
