Job Summary
Indirect Purchasing Expert sought to define and implement commodity group strategies and negotiate quotes/contracts within a global mobility solutions provider. Responsible for supplier panel definition, cost analysis, validation of technical specifications, sourcing committee activities, escalation, and project tracking; steering procurement projects to meet targets through process tools and change management. Collaborates with internal stakeholders across functions, business units, and regions; defines lessons learned from initiatives and transfers them to new projects. Requires 4+ years in Indirect Purchasing (CAPEX/Battery Assembly Lines preferred), strong negotiation/contracting and project-management skills, and a university degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in English and German, and experience with MS-Office and SAP are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within Indirect Purchasing, ideally with Sourcing of CAPEX / Battery Assembly Lines
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills with experienced project management skills
- University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English and German; strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP applications
