Job Summary
Support request for quotations from suppliers, manage project creation and tender preparation, and contribute to cost-saving activities through direct execution. Assist the Demand & Sourcing Manager in preparing and executing supplier negotiations, resolving complex problems with permanent measures, and handling operational tasks with internal business partners. Maintain supplier information updates using digital tools while coordinating communication across internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be 3rd or 4th-year students in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with excellent English fluency. The role requires living in İstanbul, working a minimum of 3 days per week during the school period, and committing to at least 11 months of engagement. This internship integrates students into Bosch's Petro-Chemistry material field projects, offering hands-on experience in sourcing and negotiation within the global industrial corporation.
Required Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields
- Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English)
- Able to work min 3 days in a week during school period
- Able to work min 11 months during school period
- Living in İstanbul is a must
- Strong coordination and high communication skills together with teamwork abilities
- Highly social and positive personality in interpersonal communications
- Eager to learn, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives and new responsibilities
- Result and solution orientation with problem solving, analytical approach & proactive mindset
- High level of attention to details and planned & structured working style for multitasks
- Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
