Job Summary
Indirect Procurement Manager leading pan-European sourcing for multiple indirect categories (marketing, professional services, IT, telecommunications, HR services) within Stryker's EMEA organization. Drive end-to-end procurement projects, develop category strategies with spend owners and finance, execute competitive tendering and supplier negotiations to bring high-spend suppliers under contract, and guide country-level initiatives below €100K. Responsible for achieving measurable cost and service improvements, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, and performance management across Europe with ~10% travel; hybrid work setup in Warsaw, Poland and broader remote collaboration. Strong emphasis on stakeholder influence, contract signature, and delivering savings targets exceeding €100K per initiative, with experience in governance and regional reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in indirect procurement with international scope
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts for services and goods
- Professional procurement certification (e.g., Certified Purchasing Manager or equivalent)
- Fluency in English
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
