Job Summary
Indirect Procurement Manager will act as a strategic business partner for CHANEL in Malaysia, maturing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process for indirect spend (opex and capex) and supporting Procure-to-Pay at the market level. You will execute, socialize and govern S2P Policy & Procedures, develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives within an assigned portfolio, align with business units on negotiation and contracting strategies to balance cost, quality and risk, and embed sustainable procurement practices to support APAC ESG goals. You will contribute to regional sourcing initiatives, drive process excellence and risk management, manage supplier relationships and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver value beyond cost savings. The role requires a Bachelor-level qualification and extensive procurement/category management experience, with preference for luxury retail or FMCG backgrounds and familiarity with ERP/e-Procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP or Ariba. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
- CIPS qualification is a plus
