Job Summary
Manage full-scope indirect procurement for Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, and Uzbekistan, overseeing sourcing across nine categories and an annual spend of $30M. Lead end-to-end activities including RFPs, offer analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding while aligning local requirements with global strategies. Build advanced dashboards in Excel and AI tools to track savings, spend, and compliance, and deliver agreed financial targets with a Total Value Contribution mindset. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, manage supplier risks, and provide local market intelligence to regional and global category managers. Maintain accurate records in SAP and Ariba, mentor procurement officers, and advocate for sustainability targets within the AMEA network.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably BSc. in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, IT, and MSc. In Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Statistics, Econometrics, and Finance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement
- Excellent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Very strong Excel skills
- Proficiency in Ariba (e-Sourcing, e-Procurement), SAP, and embracing continuously evolving AI tools
- Sourcing strategy development, implementation, and supply market analysis
- Procurement policies, procedures, tendering, and contract management
- Financial measurements, business case development, and ROI analysis
- Legal and contractual knowledge
- Eager to learn, being cooperative, and having a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas internally
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage a cross-functional team within a multinational matrix organization, collaborating effectively with regional and global category teams
- Proactive self-starter who works autonomously and effectively under pressure
- Control all the details with a big-picture compass
