Indirect Loan Processing Supervisor

Job Summary
Direct and oversee indirect loan processing operations and staff in ICCU's Indirect Lending vertical. Collaborate with the Indirect Lending Processing Manager and VP to execute the team’s vision, drive process improvements, hire/onboard/train ILP teams, conduct audits and quality control reviews, monitor workload and staffing, maintain dealer/member satisfaction, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while supporting enterprise goals. Responsibilities include building a competent ILP team, coordinating with other management teams, performing one-on-one and development coaching, managing day-to-day workflows, handling escalations, ensuring timely funding, and promoting a positive culture with strong communication across departments. Required skills include leadership, process development, auditing, compliance awareness (BSA/USA Patriot Act), training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing a degree
- minimum one year processing experience
- loan underwriting is a plus
- ability to train and work cohesively with lending personnel
- confidentiality of Credit Union and member records
