Indirect Lending Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct indirect pre-funding loan audits, verifying documents, completing checklist sheets, and performing onboarding introduction calls for borrowers. Execute new membership account openings by inputting applications in Meridian Link, scanning identification, and verifying deposits in Symitar. Process loan closings by validating terms, booking funds through Meridian Link, and performing post-funding reviews to ensure accurate disbursements. Manage lien assignments via outbound calls and demand letters, while correcting errors in queues and processing GL adjustments. Complete Level One Loan Officer training and assist with dealer site visits. Available to travel between Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, with evening and Saturday hours subject to management discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Associate college degree or working toward a four-year college degree
- Four-year college degree
- At least one to three years of experience with knowledge in lending operations
- Working knowledge of Symitar
- Working knowledge of Meridian Link
- Must be available to work evening and Saturday hours
Desired Qualifications
- At least one to three years of experience with knowledge in lending operations preferred
- Working knowledge of Symitar and Meridian Link preferred
- Four-year college degree preferred
