Indirect Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary
Receive inbound non-inventory shipments ranging from small parcels to full truckloads and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders, Bills of Lading, and Order Confirmations. Reconcile shipment discrepancies with the Inventory Control team and deliver parcels to the correct departments or individuals while maintaining compliant receiving areas. Confirm, document, and record all received goods in ERP systems, performing daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure real-time stock accuracy. Track usage trends, identify non-moving items, and coordinate with Procurement to streamline workflows. Work cross-functionally to improve SOPs and maintain clear communication on inventory levels and supply needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Highjump)
- Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, and quality management practices
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
