Job Summary
Support sourcing projects and procurement initiatives by assisting with RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis. Analyze supplier pricing and spending data to create reports using Excel and Power BI. Track supplier performance and contract compliance while responding to sourcing-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers. Support invoice and payment issue resolution and maintain procurement, supplier, and contract records. This internship provides exposure to data analysis and process improvement activities within H.B. Fuller's global indirect goods and services team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Power BI
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
