Job Summary
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories including services, materials, capital equipment, facilities, construction, and real estate. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from market assessment through contract negotiation, partnering with Legal to secure optimal cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other functional leaders to support capital projects and operational needs across global sites. Build and manage strategic supplier relationships through performance management, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze spend and market intelligence to identify opportunities for cost savings and total cost of ownership reductions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 5–8+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management experience
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Demonstrated success managing indirect procurement categories
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Experience sourcing construction projects, CapEx, facilities services, or real estate agreements
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent
