Indirect (Channel) Regional Sales Manager - Southeast US

Job Summary
Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities within the Southeast US territory while developing strategic action plans to meet monthly and yearly sales quotas. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and digital channels, then manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing. Conduct detailed needs assessments including SKU profiling and picking strategies to analyze customer logistics and identify improvement opportunities. Translate technical features into clear business benefits and collaborate with engineering and project management teams to create commercially sound proposals. Build strong long-term customer relationships by delivering professional presentations and engaging with warehouse managers, operations teams, and executive leadership. Monitor industry trends in material handling and logistics to track competitor products and provide insights to marketing and product management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience in material handling, logistics, intralogistics, or warehouse automation
- Proven experience in new business development, meeting sales quotas, and managing a full sales cycle
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‐technical audiences
- Basic technical/engineering aptitude, including the ability to interpret layouts and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S.
