Job Summary

Channel Manager to develop, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners including distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances; recruit and onboard new partners; ensure policy compliance; monitor performance and provide reports; collaborate with sales/marketing; enable partners with training and tools; coordinate joint marketing activities; travel 50-80%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or related roles
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner relationships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Robin)
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 80% of the time to meet with partners
