Job Summary
Manage indirect procurement for goods and services supporting the wider team, including facilities, IT, marketing, HR, and race operations. Operate within budgets to achieve cost-saving targets while sourcing value for money and negotiating pricing with external vendors. Process requisitions, raise purchase orders, and expedite deliveries to meet required timescales, maintaining accurate order books. Lead contract negotiations, onboard new vendors into the ERP system, and resolve invoice queries with finance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legislation while contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience
- Demonstrated experience in identifying potential quality and delivery risks and implementing effective corrective actions
- Be able to operate with an uncompromising commitment to the accuracy of delivery information and the quality of delivered outputs
- Capable of managing one or more procurement categories, balancing strategic objectives with the delivery of effective tactical solutions
- Maintains calm and focus in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Able to handle setbacks and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Trusted to manage confidential information and sensitive team matters
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team cohesion and shared success
- Willingness to mentor and develop talent within the organisation
- Comfortable with extensive travel and irregular working hours, including weekends and race days
- Open to innovation and continuous improvement in processes and culture
- Proficient with industry standard ERP Systems
- Proficient in software applications such as Power BI, Microsoft Office, Teams, & SharePoint
- All roles require adherence to strict safety protocols, especially in technical and trackside environments
- Completion of all mandatory compliance training (including health and safety, data protection, and role‐specific regulatory training) is a condition of employment and must be maintained throughout tenure
- All employees of TGR Haas F1 Team are required to be security cleared to National Security Vetting standards

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the motorsport industry would be advantageous, but not essential
