Indigenous Operator Internship - Class 1 and 3

Operate heavy equipment on active energy sites across Alberta, including hydrovac, bulk hauling, vacuum trucks, and fracturing operations. Work as a Class 1 or Class 3 operator under mentorship and supervision, supported by a dedicated coordinator for logistics and safety compliance. Earn a real operator wage from day one with placements beginning Summer 2026, leading to a permanent crew role. This paid internship is part of the Government of Alberta-funded TRACKS program, designed to build long-term careers for Indigenous workers in the energy sector.
