Job Summary
The Vice President of Client Services at Indie Consulting leads client service delivery across strategy, creative, social & influencer and activation, partnering with the CEO to set annual and quarterly goals for the services team. The role focuses on client retention, scalable service offerings, and senior-level relationship management, including escalation support and quarterly service performance reviews. It oversees cross-functional programs, aligns service delivery with client needs, and supports evaluating and adopting AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and outcomes. The position requires a decade plus of experience in client services or consulting with senior leadership experience and a track record in managing complex accounts; agency or consultancy background and experience with consumer/CPG brands are preferred. The role operates in a Hybrid environment based in New York City, NY or Raleigh, NC with three in-office days and two remote days per week.
Required Qualifications
- ● 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, consulting, or related fields
- ● Prior experience in a senior leadership or people management role
- ● Experience working with complex, multi-disciplinary client accounts
- ● Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- ● Experience contributing to account planning, forecasting, or scope management
- ● Agency or consultancy experience preferred
- ● Experience working with consumer or CPG brands preferred
