Job Summary
Prep and load every vehicle safely, guiding cars through the tunnel while using bug prep guns and removing mud from wheel wells. Perform safety inspections before washes, operate equipment including ladders and e-stops, and execute the nightly close-down checklist. Engage guests with the 4 Steps of Service, explain membership packages, and handle incidents effectively. Maintain a clean facility by vacuuming, cleaning walls and trenches, and adhering to all safety standards and policies. Work full-time in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
