Job Summary
Conduct internal audit and financial advisory engagements by assessing risks, analyzing data, documenting observations, and communicating insights to support client outcomes. Manage time and priorities while taking ownership of assignments across business process and technology audit projects. Apply critical thinking and AI-enabled analysis to evaluate business processes, regulatory environments, and risk/control frameworks. Collaborate with client and project team personnel to build professional relationships grounded in trust. Participate in Passport to Protiviti onboarding and The Consulting Challenge to develop technical and professional capabilities. Work in a hybrid model with potential travel to local or out-of-state client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)
- Visa Status: All applicants applying for U.S. job openings need authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
