Job Summary
Clinical Specialist focused on proctoring CVAC cases, training the surgical team on device use, and providing intraoperative clinical product support. Responsibilities include case coverage, instrument preparation and training, inventory management and quality-control audits, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The role requires familiarity with perioperative procedures, hospital policies, and maintaining current knowledge of surgical technology. Travel within the territory, region, or nation is expected, with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and collaboration with the commercial team.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical experience
- Intraoperative coaching experience
- Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Degree or certification in a medical-related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech) is highly desirable
- Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room
- Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus
- Willingness to travel outside of the designated territory
- Track record of success in medical device environments (Sr./Senior level)
