Job Summary
The Lieutenant position at Golden Svcs, LLC (GS) involves ensuring compliance with scheduling practices, reviewing and interpreting policy standards, and overseeing the preparation and enforcement of site rules and regulations. Responsibilities include supervising guard personnel, conducting post checks, managing employee timecards, and promoting effective communication and teamwork. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, have prior FPS experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement. Applicants will undergo federal background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma (or higher)
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have United States Citizenship
- Must be able to meet federal, state, county, and municipal licensing requirement for Security Officers
- Must be able to speak, read, and write using coherent English language
- Must have FPS experience
- Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in law enforcement or security management
Additional Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a federal background investigation
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Must be able to successfully complete drug screening requirements
- Due to the nature of the position, working a flexible hour schedule is not possible
