Job Summary
Gastroenterologist needed to join a clinician-led Indiana team with a flexible full-time schedule, 10% inpatient and 90% outpatient work, and opportunity for ownership in a surgery center. Roles include call 1:3, office on hospital campus, Epic EMR, Provation Technology, with a large referral base and a mix of procedures (average 15 per OR day) alongside a strong inpatient team. Competitive base salary with signing bonus ($60K), student loan repayment up to $100K (qualifying PSLF site), comprehensive benefits, 30 days of paid vacation, CME allowance, and additional employee perks. The position supports board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterology, requires Indiana medical licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications, and emphasizes excellence, empathy, integrity, and accountability within Reid Health.
