Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen operations at Marriott Da Nang, leading staff and personally preparing and supervising a diverse menu of Indian cuisine while ensuring sanitation, adherence to food safety standards, and brand requirements. Responsible for developing and mentoring team members, managing inventory and purchasing, maintaining budgets, training staff, and delivering high-quality, consistent guest experiences through strong leadership, communication, and attention to quality and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
