Job Summary
Site PMO leader responsible for the health of NPD programs at India Engg. Centre, managing AME Key Programs, guiding PDP2.0 process adherence, and coordinating program updates with leadership. Defines goals, builds teams, plans schedules, monitors KPIs and investments, and ensures programs are On-Spec, On-Time and Within Budget. Key duties include program leadership, scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, cross-functional partnering, and clear communication to drive program success across engineering initiatives in India.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering qualification is desired
- 10+ years work experience
- Project management experience is essential
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional influence
- Persistence and self-confidence
- Analytical thinking
- Adaptability under high pressure
- Result-driven mindset
- Sense of urgency and ownership
- English proficiency is must
