Job Summary
Lead and mentor the EE Vehicle Test & Validation team, defining objectives, monitoring performance, and providing coaching. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Design, Software, ADAS, Connectivity, Charging, and Quality to ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards. Plan and manage full vehicle validation schedules, including end-to-end campaigns covering functional, integration, performance, and durability aspects. Drive issue closure through structured defect tracking, root cause investigation, and reporting with complete evidence, while contributing to test project budgeting and resource allocation. Ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as ECE, AIS, FMVSS, NCAP, ISO 26262, and ISO 15118. Provide regular test progress reports to management and escalate risks. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, 2+ years in automotive EE validation, and deep knowledge of India market regulations. Based in VF MFG plant, Thoothukudi, with occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics /Automotive Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive or Electrical/Electronics company
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Homologation and Compliance validation regarding EE
- Have a solid knowledge of EE domain
- Deep knowledge of regional regulations and standards in India market
- Strong understanding about local customer expectations, traffic behavior and local geographic to develop customer use case

- Be open to working in VF MFG plant, Thoothukudi (Tuticorin), Tamil Nadu
- Be willing to undertake occasional international travel for project-related tasks or training opportunities

- Driver's license (class B up)
