Job Summary
The Junior Analyst, Process role involves learning and performing basic level tasks related to the aligned business process. Responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals, following standard operating procedures, maintaining professional relations with internal customers, and meeting individual productivity requirements. Candidates should possess a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree, and while prior experience in Audit, Accounts & Finance is preferred, candidates with strong communication and analytical skills without experience may also be considered.
