The Junior Analyst role focuses on learning and performing basic level tasks related to assigned processes. Responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals, adhering to operating procedures, managing relations with internal customers, following training schedules and successful certifications, achieving productivity targets, and addressing problem invoices. Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree, and prior relevant experience in Audit, Accounts & Finance is preferred. Individuals with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without experience.
